+ Margarita is a great host. Very warm, friendly and even gave us a honeydew melon during our stay. She was available at any time and gave us a tour of the facility at the beginning.
+ The pool area is the big highlight of the property. Includes full kitchen, refrigerator, multiple pool amenities and pool lighting. The pictures here don't do the actual accommodation justice (much better).
+ The accommodation is stylistically beautifully furnished and has great decorative highlights. You can immediately feel at home, both inside and outside under the numerous palm and lemon trees.
- The biggest problem with the accommodation for us was that the room with the 2 single beds was uninhabitable when the outside temperature was 25-35°C because it was on the upper floor. The room has no air conditioning and cannot be used if the outside temperature is below 25 degrees.
- The location is a bit off the beaten track. In a few minutes by car you can reach Montuïri (8 minutes) or Sineu (12 minutes), but there are no buses and the supermarkets in the area are expensive.
- The kitchen is a bit sparsely furnished. No spices, few and poor cutting edges, the pans are too small and generally too few toilet paper, household rolls, cleaning products, etc. for the entire stay.
- The Internet has regular blackouts if you use it with too many people.
